If you are considering volunteering, or have been one of our past volunteers - Welcome ! 

We have several opportunities for the individuals, schools, companies and educational institutions to join us and volunteer for a day (although we'll tell you it's addicting and spending the day with the mangroves either in the nursery or on site is just what everybody needs as a stress reliever).

We have three volunteer initiatives: 
1) our harvesting that occurs typically on a lovely beach is where we harvest propagules from the sand; 2) our nursery and propagation initiatives where you'll spend most of your day in a covered shade house with your hands in dirt planting mangrove seedlings; or 3) our planting days where we spend a few days outside at one of our sites planting the 1 year our seedlings.

Either one is good for individual volunteers, company days of service and great for school field trips.  If you have something else in mind - feel free to reach out.

(Oh and yes we have volunteer initiatives that are air conditioned !)
